The inner window to the studio is super cool, you always know what's going on on the set and you can still treat yourself to a coffee "a bit off the beaten path".

The heating is 35 KW, that's enough for summer temperatures even in winter, it's a warm studio. And of course we also have a powerful fan heater for extra warmth on the model. In August, our air conditioner creates a pleasant coolness compared to the summer heat.

General conditions for studio rental
We reserve the right to enter the office/warehouse and studio at any time. Of course, we take your production into consideration and stay in the background.
We are located in a residential courtyard which essentially means that we are considerate of local residents. "Light nuisance", especially when flashing, is to be avoided by closing the curtains. Flashing in daylight productions is tolerated. Constant light is less annoying if you don't turn night into day.
Please plan your production including loading activities so that we can continue to maintain our VERY good relationship with our neighbors. Please keep calm in the yard.
This can be used for parking, but is not a production area. The same applies to offices, warehouses and cellars. Exceptions are usually not a problem, but must be discussed in advance. You should also avoid using the phone in the yard, as it echoes and annoys the residents.
The studio is capable of primary sound, we assume no responsibility for inner-city noise development such as unforeseeable or unannounced construction sites. We point out the helipad at the heart center. When it comes to air rescue, it HAS to be really fast, so landing and departure is usually completed in less than 15 minutes and landings are generally rare. We never hear the siren, the approach is far enough away and traffic-calmed.
The costs are based on the services actually used, these can also be used on the day of production by acclamation, they expressly declare that they will bear the costs. You also bear the costs for damage to our rooms, facilities or equipment. Insurance must be provided by production. Production and/or professional liability insurance is a prerequisite for booking the studio. We assume no liability for items brought in, and we do not insure them.
You are responsible for compliance with occupational safety, working hours and pandemic-related rules and regulations. Ultimately, we have no influence on your production process and cannot do it for you.
We are not liable if your project cannot be carried out on our premises, for whatever reason. It remains your responsibility to check this in advance. If no time for the start of production is communicated, a production time of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. is agreed. The daily production time is 10 hours, we charge 15% overtime for each hour started.
